Objectives
• Create a more intuitive interface for clients to interact with.
• Reduce the need for clients to rely on technical support agents for minor web or email issues.
• Provide clients with a better knowledge of proper web practices.
• Equip clients with a better understanding of the bene!ts of their Perpetua features.
Solutions
From Tool-Based to Task-Based
Currently, the support site is organized by the individual tools and settings offered in Perpetua. Users must
previously understand the purpose of a !le box, image manager, or WYSIWYG in order to know how it effects
content. However, clients are often visiting the website to accomplish a speci!c task. They should be able to
access the support site and immediately !nd the appropriate article that corresponds with the desired
action. The proposed site map creates a task-oriented structure for our clients that accomplishes this goal.
