Sermon Outline

Revelation 20:7-10

  • For an unspecified season, Satan will again be released. Just like when Adam fell in the Garden, many will fall for Satan’s lies again.
  • The millennial era of peace will come to an end.
  • At the end of the Millennium, God will move in power from Heaven and then the final judgement will come.
  • At this point, we will come to the Great White Throne Judgment where eternity is pronounced.

Revelation 20:11-15

  • This is the second death or eternal separation from God.
  • Now we come to what many think of when they think about Heaven.

Revelation 21:1-4

Revelation 1:1 The book of Revelation is God’s revelation to John, written down to be shared with us.

All the effects of the curse will be gone once and for all.

This is the utopia that all men long for.

  • God will dwell with mankind.
  • God will wipe away every tear.
  • Death will be no more.
  • There will be no more mourning, nor crying, nor pain.
  • Former things will have passed away.

The enemy is the father of lies. He lies about end-time issues. So, be careful who you listen to.

Key Thoughts

  • Some struggle with judgment
  • Some struggle with the place of the Jewish people

The purpose of the Jewish people is unique and includes being a people:

  • who bring the world the Word of God,
  • who are the pathway for the Redeemer,
  • who God uses as an example of His relationship with man, and
  • through whom God shows the world His power by keeping His promises.

Revelation 22:10-21

Prayers:

  • Lord, is there any area of my life where I am deceived by my own desires or the enemy’s lies?
  • Who is in my life who is far from You that You want me to love, serve, pray for, and invite into Your kingdom?
  • Is my heart fixed on Earth or is it fixed on Heaven?
