When Moses tried to deliver Israel through God’s power he succeeded. Joshua never forgot his need for God’s blessing.
Joshua was a man of faith. A man of faith is simply someone who takes God at His word. The difference between Joshua and most of the people who came out of Egypt with him was in how they learned from their past. How do you see your problems today? Through the eyes of question or the eyes of faith?
Joshua 9:14-15 Just because something looks good to you doesn’t mean it is good. Always inquire of God.
