Have you thought of what God wants for you?

John 10:10 is a picture of a God who wants to bless you with not just life, but life to the full.

 

The Vision Statement of Calvary Church

Life to the full brings peace that only comes from the knowledge that God loves you.

  • Peace is part of the Fruit of the Spirit.
  • God wants you to have a peace that stays with you no matter what you face.

Life to the full brings security that comes from walking in obedience to God’s Word.

  • How do you know you are making the right decisions?
  • You can know God loves you but still mess up your life with your choices.
  • He wants you to have security and confidence in your decisions.
  • Security comes from walking in obedience to God!

Life to the full comes with a sense of fulfillment.

  • God made you with a purpose.
  • He wants you to have a sense of fulfillment and purpose in life.
  • The sense of fulfillment comes from using your God-given gifts to minister to others.

Life to the full brings you a sense of wholeness.

  • Church should be a place to find community as God intended.
  • God made you to belong to and have life in community.

Life to the full offers victory over sin and self.

  • God offers you the power to be in control of your actions.
