Ephesians 1:11 “In him we have also received an inheritance…”


#2 THE GROUNDS ON WHICH IT WAS GRANTED 
11 "In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will,"



#3 THE GUARANTEE THAT COMES WITH IT
Ephesians 1:13-14 “In him you also were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and when you believed. 14 The Holy Spirit is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of the possession,…”


Your Inheritance is Sealed, means...

We were predestined for our inheritance….

12 “so that we who had already put our hope in Christ might bring praise to his glory…”

14 The Holy Spirit is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of the possession, to the praise of his glory…”

 

IT’S ABOUT GOD’S GLORY, BUT us getting an inheritance is the way God wants to get glory…. He shares his glory with us
