PROMISE #1 - I will not bring this matter up again TO YOU in a non-edifying way
PROMISE #2 - I will not bring this matter up again TO OTHERS in a non-edifying way
PROMISE #3 - I will not bring this matter up again TO MYSELF in non-edifying way

#3 BASED ON THE WORK OF GOD IN CHRIST
