Deuteronomy is primarily a collection of 3 Sermons by Moses

1st Sermon: Ch. 1-4:43 is the Historical Prologue


2nd Sermon:Ch. 4:44-Ch. 26 is a Review of the Law


3rd Sermon: Ch. 27-33 is the Final Exhortation


Chapter 34 was most likely written by Joshua as it records the death of Moses.
