Today, let’s consider atmospheric awareness.

What are the ongoing atmospheric conditions around you? 

There is a Christlike atmospheric condition that would bring light and change to the world.

John 15:9-11 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.

No angry yelling. No frustration.

An atmosphere of joy is one of the hallmarks of an authentic Christian experience.

Romans 14:17

Lack of joy is a presence of God problem.

1 Chronicles 16:26–27;Psalm 16:11; Romans 15:13; Galatians 5:22–23

A lack of abiding joy is a presence of the Holy Spirit problem.

God not only wants us to be holy, but also wants our joy to be full.

Real joy isn’t giddiness, but a sense of assurance that dominates our attitude in everyday life, even in tough circumstances.

The believer has a promise from God.

Romans 8:28

Faith and the Holy Spirit give us a platform of joy that impacts the world.

This is how God plans to fix the world, but do we take joyfulness seriously?

What builds the spirit of joy in us?

Joy is the work of the Holy Spirit in us.

 A couple warnings:

• Who are you listening to?  
• What is your predisposed atmosphere?

A joy problem is a lack of presence problem.

Joy is connected with thankfulness and hope.

In times of storms, remember His deliverance and thank Him for His faithfulness. Joy will soon be yours.
