How do we fulfill this responsibility?

• Go – We go wherever He sends us.
• Send – We send others to go where they are called to go.
• Pray – We pray for one another as we go and send.

Calvary Church supports 70 families serving locally and around the world and several of them are from our church.

How do we answer the call of the great commission?

• Hear God’s call for our lives.
• Serve as the Lord leads us.
  • Serve in the church.
  • Serve on one of the short-term mission trips.
• Serve in one of the community outreach
  • Compass for Kids
  • Single Moms’ Saturday
  • Operation Christmas Child
  • Food baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • VBS

We have to have 20/20 vision.

Two ways to help you answer the call:

1. Make all of these works a part of your prayer time
2. Send others through financial support

A faith promise is what we hear in prayer to give as an offering to support missions work.

Faith Promise Sunday is about 20/20 vision and faith in God.

We need to:

• read the Bible carefully,
• understand stewardship, and
• understand Kingdom of God significance.

Significance in God’s Kingdom is measured by obedience.

God put some resources in all of our hands.

What makes a great church?

• Commitment to the Word
• Worship of God
• Serving one another
• Evangelizing a community
• Loving each other

A truly great church unites around a purpose
